I'm not always that perceptive, but there are some parts of peoples' personality that just stick out to me. I know a few people like that. Incidentally they are good people.

Well I'm heading out on the road tomorrow and naturally the weather says we're in for rain. All across the god durned state.

This morning my boss called me with "I'm in your report, making changes and doing stuff even though you are not done with it" information.

I was talking to a co-worker about this and said "It's like sticking fingers into a pie before it's cooked. And no one wants finger-pie. Well, except zombies and cannibals!"

Without missing a beat, he says to me "Which one are you?"

I enjoyed this. I'm also thankful for the fact he did not make any reference to "finger pie".

This one seems to be smarter than the other ones, who usually don't think to check my profile stating I am, in fact, female. So he (?) decides to PM me in chat.

To ahley: well, first of all, that's not what I'm on Kongregate for. Second of all, look at the ages posted on profiles before you attempt to "private chat" with people you meet on the internet.

Funny, nobody got any sleep last night. I woke up at 7:45 and rolled over. A little later, I was in the same position and under the impression I'd failed to sleep at all, it didn't seem to be much more than half an hour later and I remembered it all vividly. Problem: It was actually 10:40*.

*Yeah, I'm a student and I don't start for a fortnight.

NO SLEEP HERE ALSO! My excuse? I played Super Mario RPG all night, until about 8 am, then off to the uni for some errands hurrah! And later I ate 3 suppers in a row. ISN'T THIS HOW ALL STUDENTS FUNCTION?

I couldn't really sleep either. I kept being awakened to what sounded like a voice in my dream. I couldn't make out much other than "wasn't cancer" and "murder". After an hour of tossing and turning I heard something like "final go bug whoopie" and then it stopped. Weird.

I've been going to bed around 11:00 pm and waking up at 8:00 or 9:00 am every day, except weekends. I also keep missing supper because I hate going to the cafeteria when it's crowded.

That was me. I'm sorry, I thought it was funny at the time, whispering "murder" in a sleeping person's ear. It usually gives them the fits.

No, but I wish I had a copy of those Pascal-based songs I did from tech 10,000 years ago. The version of UM was bad enough to raise the dead, but I was able to eek two nearly simultaneous tones to make a passable Peter Gunn theme IMHO.

Those shadow demons "Blaaaaaggghhhhhhhh blaAAAAAAAAAAgghhh!!! OwaaAAAAAAAAAAggh!" from Ghost were so dang funny.
